Services to include, but not limited to, private utility locating for general information purposes. Using electromagnetic induction methods, Elevated Locating LLC agrees to provide precise horizontal location of any and all privately owned facilities on premises or locations specified by the “customer”, where such services do not conflict with any other known entities claiming ownership of said locations. 

Due to the nature of electromagnetic induction methods of locating and identifying buried facilities, the “customer” shall provide all, if any, maps, prints, plans, or other documentation of known facilities to be marked or designated by the “locator” or representatives that are set forth to act in good faith. In the event that such documentation does not exist or is unavailable, the “customer” acknowledges that such services would need to be performed “in the blind” or to the best abilities of the “locator”. Furthermore, the customer agrees not to hold the “locator” liable for any damages that may occur due to excavation, unless proven to be grossly negligent during the performance of such services. The “locator” agrees to provide aforementioned information in the form of paint marks, flags or other methods agreed upon prior to the start of any work. Should the “customer” require the location of publicly owned facilities, the “locator” agrees to perform such services with the acknowledgement that a valid 811 locate request be made, in order to have publicly owned facilities re-located by the facility owners, or their representatives, in accordance with state law. Drone services are limited to areas approved by the FAA.
