Our hourly rate is $160/hr for residential and $160/hr for commercial which is based on the low side of the industry standard. Locate pricing is for locates inside of El Paso County Colorado. If locates are needed outside of El Paso County, drive time charges will be assessed. Please call or message for booking outside El Paso County.
If you have an oversized lot we recommend to book the 2 hour block for your locate to ensure there is adequate time to locate all your utilities. Most residential private locates will take an hour or less.
